According to VOI, they have a customer base of over 400,000 riders and have completed around 750,000 rides in seven months.

VOI’s strongest markets are in the Nordic countries namely Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo, Lund, Uppsala, and Copenhagen. They have stated reaching profitability of Q1 in most of these areas.

VOI e-scooter rental service is also active in Paris, Lyon, Madrid, Malaga, Zaragoza, Murcia, Lisbon, and Faro. It is also launching in Oslo, with Helsinki and other cities at the end of March 2019. The company also plans to expand to Italy, Germany, Norway, and France.
